The BEST car rental experience EVER! Best car, best service, best ride! They brought the car to my hotel, they took the hard top off for me and picked up the car from my hotel. Great communication. Superb. I won't use anyone else.

Jacob was super nice and incredibly helpful. We rented the Ford Bronco and it was a blast. Highlight of our trip. We just did a full circle of the island and hit up a bunch of the beaches. 100% recommend working with these guys.

Easily the most convenient rental we ever had. We had the car delivered to Aulani and it was so smooth. Car was in excellent condition and very clean. They offered recommendations for activities and dining on the island. Very effortless delivery and pickup. We'll be back in the future and will definitely rent again. Updating my review to add that we forgot some GoPro equipment in the car and realized the next day. They were nice enough to drop it off at Aulani for us. Really great guys.

2nd time renting this bronco!

Excellent car and service. Jacob met me for pickup and helped me take the roof off. The car was immaculate, surprising given how much sand I'm sure finds its way into the car on every booking. The car had all the latest bells and whistles, was a pleasure to drive around Oahu's gorgeous landscapes from upon my elevated Bronco throne. I forgot to fill gas on my return and Jacob let me Venmo him instead. Very kind and responsive crew. 10/10 highly recommend.

They are also available for questions, directions, and recommendations anytime. They brought the car directly to my hotel and made it easy to pick it up. The other guys on the popular app are very picky have preset delivery locations that are not always close by where you're staying. If you complain or dispute, any charges, they just cancel you from the app. Why go through that hassle when you can just contact Harris Hawaii and let them take care of the rest!!
